A coach is not a therapist, though the experience can be therapeutic.
Coaching is based on the premise that YOU, the client, have the solutions
and intelligence in you to change or improve whatever situation has brought
you to the coaching relationship. Your coach is at YOUR disposal: part
cheerleader, part mentor, part teacher, part sounding board, part resource.
A coach can bring much to the table, but ultimately it's in YOU to effect
the changes you want in your life.
